I had this problem when I got my computer. I tried the above first, but that failed. Try clicking on the time in the lower right corner of your screen; a window should pop up and you should be able to set the correct time there.
Clock on windows 8 is wrong time, i tried setting to internet time but its still wrong, think theres a time clock bug, anyone have same problem for windows 8 and know how to fix it?

The clock in my windows 8 pro system is constantly changing. After fixing it by synchronizing with the internet time the clock changes itself (to two hours late) after about one hour.
I have checked:
BIOS: it had already the right time, the motherboard is less than 4 months old so I despite CMOS battery problems.
Internet time: Doesn't matter if it's on or off, the system changes the time regardless.
UTC: Is set to the right zone (vienna)
Region: Austria
I have two clock gadgets but they never ever gave any problem since I started using them 4 years ago in previous Windows systems.
Any ideas? The only explanation would be some sort of bug inside W8
This started to happen this Month (Juli - 2013) for no apparent reason.
