I had this problem when I got my computer. I tried the above first, but that failed. Try clicking on the time in the lower right corner of your screen; a window should pop up and you should be able to set the correct time there.
Clock on windows 8 is wrong time, i tried setting to internet time but its still wrong, think theres a time clock bug, anyone have same problem for windows 8 and know how to fix it?

2014-02-18T03:09:47+00:00 I've gone through these steps multiple times, restarted the computer after updating the settings and everything is correct EXCEPT the time. It is consistently 3 hours behind the timezone selected. Any suggestions for fixing this?
