Hello

I have porblem here

My Ovi Account (***********@ovi.com) seems deleted, but I never delete my account

I tried Password reset, type full address, and returned error "Account not found"

Please help, this email account is my main email for most of other account

Windows for home | Other | Devices and drivers

Nokia Mail by Yahoo - nokiamail.com - closed a week ago.

The Nokia account itself - https://account.nokia.com/ - disappear April 24.

    I have managed to chat with someone from Nokia support so they are working on it now, I will let you know what happened if this gets solved.

    I am having exactly the same problem and receiving the message:

    Yahoo! services suspended

    You no longer have access to your Yahoo! service because your *****@ovi.com account has been suspended for abuse and/or violation of the terms of service.

    who have you contacted at nokia support? their web site is useless and finding support.

    I finally found a live chat on http://www.nokia.com/gb-en/support/contact/

    The person at the other end was very helpful, I sent all the details including screen shots, she said she will escalate my case to the relevant department.

    I just did the same although they gave me a support helpline number at the end which I shall call later if I haven't heard anything.
