Hello

I have porblem here

My Ovi Account (***********@ovi.com) seems deleted, but I never delete my account

I tried Password reset, type full address, and returned error "Account not found"

Please help, this email account is my main email for most of other account

Nokia Mail by Yahoo - nokiamail.com - closed a week ago.

The Nokia account itself - https://account.nokia.com/ - disappear April 24.

    Hi, Everyone.

    The OVI Mail server is now up and running properly again. You can now try to access your email addresses, and as a recommendation you need to change your email password for security purposes. Thanks for your patience regarding this matter. Just let us know if there is still problem with your emails even after changing the password. Thanks again! ^_^

    After regular emails from Nokia (sent to my alternative email address) saying that my case is still under investigation, I received a call this morning to let me know that the issue has been solved and my Ovi account is up and running again. All my old emails are still there but obviously none that was sent to me in the last couple of weeks since they had bounced back to the sender. Anyway, happy to have it working again.
