Hello

I have porblem here

My Ovi Account (***********@ovi.com) seems deleted, but I never delete my account

I tried Password reset, type full address, and returned error "Account not found"

Please help, this email account is my main email for most of other account

Nokia Mail by Yahoo - nokiamail.com - closed a week ago.

The Nokia account itself - https://account.nokia.com/ - disappear April 24.

    Yes I can login to Nokia Account.

    I sent an email to my Ovi account from another email account and get an delivery failure message saying that delivery failed permanently and my Ovi account has been disabled or discontinued.

    I am not able to access my Ovi.com mail via webmail or mobile - if I try via Yahoo it says my account has been suspended and there is a link to Nokia Mail support but on that website there are no contact details for questions regarding emails, I even called Nokia switchboard to get some phone number for email support but they did not find anything.

    On my mobile I get a message 'incorrect user name/password'

    I have not tried to login with wrong password etc so no idea why my account is suspended but I desperately need access to it, where can I find help?
