Hello

I have porblem here

My Ovi Account (***********@ovi.com) seems deleted, but I never delete my account

I tried Password reset, type full address, and returned error "Account not found"

Please help, this email account is my main email for most of other account

Nokia Mail by Yahoo - nokiamail.com - closed a week ago.

The Nokia account itself - https://account.nokia.com/ - disappear April 24.

    You would think somebody from Microsoft monitors these boards to ensure that any serious issues that cannot be resolved are resolved or at least an attempt is made.  

    I made an attempt to contact support and received a phone call and they took me through the steps to import the emails (which of course failed), and they 'are looking into it' and 'will be calling me back'.  Have not heard back and it has been several days.

    if I lose my emails as a result of this and the April 13 2015 deadline not being adhered to, I will be suing Microsoft for loss of data and misleading statements.

    I have the same issue.  I was able to get into my mailbox on my ovi.com email address on Tuesday 3/17.  Today I'm getting this error message:

    Nokia Mail powered by Yahoo! can't load

    I am able to log into the nokia mail account, just not view mailbox.  It even says when you go to nokiamail.com that, "You have until April 13, 2015 to reactivate your account, and then copy your email elsewhere."  Well, it's only 3/19 -- why can't I get into my mailbox???  I'm trying to migrate my ovi.com email to outlook.com.
