hmm, I hold down the Crtl key and use the mouse wheel to resize desktop icons.
How do you resize desktop icons in Windows 8?
The icons on my desktop changed to a smaller size. I do not know what cause them to change size. How do I change their size back to what it was?
I have been unable to find any directions on sizing desktop icons for Windows 8.

Hi
The Desktop in Windows 8 works the same way it did in previous versions.
Right click an empty space on the Desktop.
Select the View option.
You shouild see 3 options for changing to Small, Medium, or Large Icons.

2013-12-06T09:27:24+00:00 I'm afraid AOL Tech appear to be making it up - I'm with g0Bonkers - just hold down CTRL and use the scroll wheel and you can pretty much set the desktop icons to any size you'd like. If you're on a laptop, hold down CTRL and use whatever you normally use to scroll to achieve the same thing.
