bsod need help 0x8e

I have a lenovo r61i laptop windows xp professional service pack 3 intel pentium dual cpu t2310 @ 1.46ghz x2.  I had this problem before and somehow i fixed it i think i done a bios update this time it dosent work i just get blue screen with following stop code: 0x8e (0xc05, 0x80637f53, 0xa3fd299c,0x0) I have tried my memory modules by taking them out trying one at time and same problem i could get into safe mode with networking but now the networking will not work just safe mode i also tried selective startup and diagnostic startup still bsod used system restore it worked but then when i shut down laptop and went to use it again same thing again. can find loads info on code 8e but dont seem to help so i wrote the full code down as i dont know how to read these codes.  i have no xp cd.  sometimes i can get past bsod and get plain blue screen and get task manager up and i try new task explorer.exe but then bsod again

    i have also copied my events from the events viewer for the system alot of problems on it i dont know what they all mean also forgot to mention i tried to restore laptop but realised it was a old restore back in 2010 so i shut of laptop which caused stuff to go missing on laptop

    Boot the computer in Safe Mode. Click Start > Run > type C:\Windows\Minidump > Press Enter. A folder should open containing minidump files. Locate the most recent dump file then upload it to your "Public" folder in SkyDrive. Post the link to the folder in your reply.

    Well if it was a desktop pc,& all hardware is correct,at power off,

    remove the battery,locate the CMOS pin,move from 1-2 position to

    2-3 for 15 seconds or so,then back to 1-2 position,replace battery,start

    pc.At pc start up,enter the BIOS,reset date/time & adjust for any add-ons,

    save & exit BIOS,let xp start.This returns all functions to default (as it

    left the mfg),if a laptop uses or can be set up as same,then try the

    procedure,it from mfg...
