"application has been blocked from accessing graphics hardware"

I threw $$ at my problem, I tried every known software fix, then started to replace hardware. last piece of hardware I replaced was memory, because memtest, tested ok.  It did in fact end up being something with the memory.

What was strange was i used a module that was not recommended for my motherboard, motherboard was rated to DDR3 1600, I used DDR3 2400, no more issues.

I had given up on that rig and put it in the closet, I figured i would try one last thing, i put in a module from my new rig, and all was good.

Something else you can try that is interesting, make a bootable USB Linux,

boot from the USB and try Linux for a few days, Im sure you will notice no problems as I did.

Only help I can be is that I swapped out memory and it was fine, try it , memory is cheap, and you might keep your hair.

Just put in upgraded ram, 2x 8 gb from same batch so i can put them in dual mode. but that doesnt seem to work either. I think my motherboard is kinda fried :S

Just to be clear, you had different RAM in before?, So you were having this problem with different RAM chips, and are still having the same problem with new ones?

Or you have only tried 1 set of RAM, but it was new?

If you check my previous posts I tried swapping all hardware, 5 operating systems, they all worked fine except Windows 7 and up. 2 motherboards, 3 video cards from 3 vendors, AMD and Nvidia. 3 Different cases, 2 CPU,s, 3 hard-drives, 2 power supplies,tested my RAM, tested OK. Replaced it a year later, and $1500+ later. To find that it was the conflicting piece, it wasn't bad, it was for some reason causing this issue. 

The system has been running for 2+ years now, with Windows7,8,8.1 no problems.

I bought new ram so i have 2 sets of ram here, tried both but no resolve, after that changed motherboard and that seems to resolve the issue totally.
