Isn't that what troubleshooting is for, figuring out the problem? I had the same issue and it turned out to be a driver issue. A+ certification huh.

2015-12-05T22:43:40+00:00 Just bought a new Dell Inspiron 15 5000 series laptop. Windows 10 64 bit. Intel 520 graphics, AMD 4gig video card. It has been giving me the error intel graphics has stopped working and recovered. Also, iexplore has been blocked from accessing videon. So far customer service has been no help. 2015-11-16T14:08:44+00:00 I had this problem, jumped through every hoop known, Windows XP worked fine though, and every version of Linux I tried worked fine, IT tests looked fine, even memory (memtest). In the end though it did turn out to be memory, after 2 years of messing with this. i am a Certified computer Tech also.
