Oh no. I don't think this problem is just about the Microsoft. I had the same problem like 3-4 months ago. I've tried so many ways to find a solution and lastly I've updated all the drivers with a update software and bam!! I couldn't see that irritating pop-up so far. I recommend you to update all the drivers with that kind of a software not manually. I.e. "Driver Booster"

When I had this issue, I only had it with Windows 7 and above(7,8,8.1..never owned Vista)Windows XP did not have the problem, and neither did any version of Linux.

It seems if you wanted to blame someone it would be Microsoft.

But Microsoft could say its 3rd parties drivers or software causing the issue, but since most of you relate this issue to video cards(mine was not, is was a memory stick issue) I tried 3 video cards, from both vendors Nvidia and AMD.

One thing you can do to show Microsoft its their issue. Now this only works if your not having issues with a specific software that runs on Windows only.

But download any copy of Linux, the most popular and user friendly is by far Ubuntu. http://www.ubuntu.com/download

Create bootable USB drive. Here is how.  http://www.ubuntu.com/download/desktop/create-a-usb-stick-on-windows

Then boot you computer with the USB drive plugged in, it will boot up to Ubuntu and you can use it withOUT affecting your Windows installation, If your computer does NOT boot up the USB drive you need to enter your BIOS and set it to boot to the USB drive first.

Try it for a lengthy period, if no problems complain to M$.

This issue really needs to be resolved!  Someone needs to step up to the plate and accept responsibility for this and then come up with a fix.  I can speculate all day as to whose fault it is.  I have an HP desktop and had HP work on it to no avail.  I then contacted Microsoft and they worked on it to no avail.  SOMEONE PLEASE TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THIS ISSUE AND FIX IT!!!

I'm having the same problem with my game "The Forest exe". I also run NVidia Graphics (GTX 760) and there is no updates for drivers nor software. I'm convinced GeForce Experience is the problem to the application being blocked from the graphics. Another problem that occurred is that when it says application is blocked from graphics, it crashes and then continues like normal. This isn't just the game but also my PC. When I Ctrl-Alt-Del it still crashed then continues like normal.

The only way I have found to stop the crashes is to restart my pc from my case. I was wondering if you guys also had the same problem?

Intel i7-4700MQ @2.4Ghz

with

8g ram

with

Intel HD4600 graphics

on

Windows 10 home edition.

It's by no means a gaming computer, but is pretty good for low end games.

I've been having this error for about a week now, and like everyone else, haven't found a sound fix.

I don't know why I thought it would work, but I had an idea to download Razer Cortex. It's a game boosting program. It can launch all your games through it. It APPEARS to have solved the problem for me, however, if it hasn't then I'll post something here stating that.

AND ON TOP OF THAT

I followed "StaticAwesome's" walk through on how to set a TdrDelay. I did the TdrDelay, which only worked for a little while. I proceeded to follow the instructions on how to set a TdrLevel instead, if a TdrDelay didn't work for certain users. That may also be the fix I needed.

So like I said, this is what I've done. Could be a temp fix, could work for good. I'll be sure to post my results here.
