"A problem has occurred while trying to open this message."

In the last 24hrs I have been unable to open a new email or reply to anything I have received. When I click on  new message, or try to reply to one I get the following from Live drive " A problem has occurred while trying to open this message. A problem has occurred. Please try again."  I am receiving everything perfectly well and the problem? seems to be in my computer not with the server as it won't even let me open anything let alone send anything. Any answers for this one?  I have uninstalled the software and reinstalled it but to no avail! I have run an AV scan and done some maintainence. Everything else seems to be working fine. This has only happened in the last 24 hours.

Bazza.

I have tried all the fixes mentioned in this forum....still having problem.  Tried opening link for FiddlerCap and that doesn't work.

I have several messages that give men the notice  "a problem has occurred.   Please try again"  Some of the other messages I can open.

Another problem is that sometimes when I delete a message from the inbox, it goes to deleted file and is in BOLD indicating it has not been read but a copy remains in the inbox.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times -- Oh how I wish I could get Outlook Express back!

    Someone---please help!!

    Hi

I am helping a friend who is running windows 7 and is getting this error message, he is unable to reply to emails. I used the add/remove programs to do a repair on the installation. After restarting and doing this no change.

Is there a solution for this yet or anything else to try?

    Thanks

Thank you Leah V, I had already tried that and it didn't fix the problem, I would appreciate any other assistance.
