I had the same problem with my pc - after playing around I figured out how to download my pics (have not figured out how to download my contacts yet). I synced my file on AutoPlay, don't know if that was the only reason but I got my pics!

I have a Samsung Infuse SGH - I997 cell phone. I have downloaded the software from Samsung with drivers and have installed it on my laptop running Windows 7 SP1. When I connect the phone to the USB port it charges but Windows does not detect the phone to install the device driver. I have tried other USB devices and the ports work for each on I tried except for the cell phone. Is there something I can do so I can download pictures from my cell phone onto my laptop?

Pain in the neck! Please, Microsoft, come up with a keyboard for both French and English without this pain-in-the-neck accents issues.
