how can i fix blue screen? can reading a dmp file help fix blue screen?

The minidump file showed a DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE (9f) (Parameter 1 = 0x4) stop error that appears to be caused by the NETwew00.sys:

BUCKET_ID: 0x9F_4_NETwew00_IMAGE_pci.sys

The NETwew00.sys, which is dated Oct 10, 2012, is the Intel wireless driver.

As the driver appears to be a recent version the problem may be elsewhere.

As networking drivers, such as the ndis.sys and tcpip.sys, were also involved in the error the problematic driver may be a third party filter driver involved in networking such as a third party firewall driver.

What I would suggest is to uninstall Kaspersky and see if the error resolves.

Afterwards you could reinstall Kaspersky using the latest version or go with other security software such as Windows built-in antivirus and firewall.

Also, you could try the following utililty to check for updates for Intel drivers:

http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/detect

Also, there appears to be a leftover Symantec driver, the ccSetx64.sys, here:

oh yeah...i installed avast and when i installed the kaspersky...i let it uninstall the avast then the blue screen appeared....:)...thanks

Just try resetting the all Hardware and check cables are securely to each,

90 percent of all blues screens are ram not seated correctly in their slots due to someone bumping the computer casing.

Once you rule out hard ware and cable issue's and Windows still gives you blue screen then Boot into Safe mode by pressing F8 Key while booting the computer,

Windows should automatically check the system drivers during safe mode once in safe mode uninstall any recent software and then reboot.

If you still get blue screen then you have corrupt Windows software or failing hardware under load usually power supply.

if power supply is suspected buy a new one.

If Windows software corrupt totally reformat the computer hard drive before doing so make sure you have all details of register written down and your installation discs if you have a back up then use it after you have installed Windows OS before activation you can save time reinstall other software this way you only then have to in most cases activate Windows will be need so time you have to ring Microsoft in this case and tell them what happen they will be glad to reactivate the system as long as the Product Key was used only on that machine.

One of the minidump files referenced the klif.sys, a Kasperksy driver, so try uninstalling Kasperksy.
