How to mount an ISO image with Windows 8?

I'm using Windows 8 Pro x64.

How do I mount an ISO file in WIndows 8?

I right click on the ISO file and the menu that pops up does not give me a Mount option. At the top of the menu it says Play. There is not a mount option anywhere in the menu. I looked in the Open With option but Mount is not there either.

Did you try the following?.

Right-click an .iso file > Properties > click "Change" under the "General" tab > click on "Windows Explorer" > OK

I see the mount as you said but I want to mount it to my partition C: drive for a dual boot of Kubuntu. What suggestions do you have?

If you want to dual boot any Ubuntu variant without repartitioning, you will have to use WUBI (aka Ubuntu Desktop). I'm fairly sure you can select Kubuntu as your environment when you install.

The Ubuntu ISO is good for burning a disk (if you will repartition) or installing to a virtual machine.

I used winrar to convert the files to .iso file. But when i click "mount", it says that the file is corrupt! what do i do? please help. thanks :)
