How to mount an ISO image with Windows 8?

I'm using Windows 8 Pro x64.

How do I mount an ISO file in WIndows 8?

I right click on the ISO file and the menu that pops up does not give me a Mount option. At the top of the menu it says Play. There is not a mount option anywhere in the menu. I looked in the Open With option but Mount is not there either.

Did you try the following?.

Right-click an .iso file > Properties > click "Change" under the "General" tab > click on "Windows Explorer" > OK

Yes. this works, as long as its set to open with Windows explorer it seems. My iso's were set to open with DaemonTools, and all I got was OPEN when I right clicked it. :)

You are wrong. What Auggy said works. When you change it to open with explorer, double click the iso, it opens as a folder, and its now visible under "My Computer" as if it was in an optical drive.
