How to mount an ISO image with Windows 8?

I'm using Windows 8 Pro x64.

How do I mount an ISO file in WIndows 8?

I right click on the ISO file and the menu that pops up does not give me a Mount option.  At the top of the menu it says Play.  There is not a mount option anywhere in the menu.  I looked in the Open With option but Mount is not there either.

Did you try the following?.

Right-click an .iso file > Properties > click "Change" under the "General" tab > click on "Windows Explorer" > OK

    If you dont find it in the list, and want to navigate to it manualy, click more oprtions, then " look for another app on this pc" at the bottom.

    If you are running 32 bit windows, look under c:/windows/system32, you will find explorer.exe

    In 64 bit windows, look under c:/windows/SysWOW64. Still explorer.exe

    Dear Leon André Bergman,

    I am very sorry to say this but..., fact is:

    The User Kernel Explorer.exe in C:\Windows\Explorer.exe will address automaticly the right version of the Windows Explorer.exe in either the C:\Windows\system32
    OR the C:\Windows\SysWOW64\ directory depending and automaticly of the Bit size of the Platform the user is running at that time. (32 Bit or 64 Bit)

    You do not have to bother the user with that sort of dificult and technnical information.

    Addressing to the C:\Windows directory will do fine for the users sake, because the platform will address it automaticly, it is designed that way to do so.

    If you dont find it in the list, and want to navigate to it manualy, click more oprtions, then " look for another app on this pc" at the bottom.

    -> Open a Window from My PC / This Computer,

    -> look at the most 'above' "Ribbon Menu Bar": [File] [Computer] [View] - choose to click [View]

    -> At the very right sight of the View / Ribbon Menu Bar, click on the icon: "Options"

    -> Click the second Tabulator: "View"

    -> In "Advanced Settings", choose the lines to "Activate" by clicking the check boxes:

    -> [x] Show Drive Letters

    -> In "Advanced Settings", choose the lines to "DE-Activate" by clicking the check boxes:

    -> [  ] Hide Extentions for Known File Types (so do not check that box!)

    -> Click OK to confirm the changes you made,

    -> No go to the ISO Image you want to mount as an CD- / DVD- / BD-Rom disc,

    -> Right-click that .ISO file,

    -> Choose from the Pop-up Menu: Properties,

    -> Under the "General" Tab, 

    -> Look for: "Opens with", and click "Change"

    -> click on "Windows Explorer"

    -> If "Windows Explorer" does not exist in the list,

    -> Scroll down, choose; "More Options" 

    -> Again scroll down: "More Options" 

    -> if it still does not exist in the list, browse by choosing: "Look for another App on this PC"

    -> Browse / Go to: C:\Windows\explorer.exe

    -> Click: "Open"

    -> Press Now in the General Tab of the Properties: "Apply" or: "OK" (down under).

    -> If U.A.C. pops up with a Prompt, then choose: Yes,

    -> and agian choose: Apply / Execute as a Administrator

    -> Authenticate / Logon as an known Administrator on that local Computer,

    just to Apply the changes you made to "Mount the ISO file".
