Nokia Suite Support for Nokia 301

Hello

Does anyone know what the official Nokia position is regarding Nokia Suite supporting the Noklia 301?  I'd like to be able to sync music, install any future firmware upgrades etc etc without needing to use a mobile data connection.  If Nolkia aren;t going to upgrade Nokia Suite to support the 301 is there going to be an alternative?

    Tried 4 versions: 7.1.180, 3.5.34, 3.7.22 and 3.8.54. Only 3.5.34 works. On 3.7 and 3.8 it was found, but got the message that it can be connected. I have RM-953. Thanks.

    Mhm. Nokia Suite 3.7 works here, tested myself. However, you have to

    1. install Nokia Suite 3.8,
    2. Windows » Start » Control Panel » Software » Nokia Suite » Uninstall,
    3. install Nokia Suite 3.7.

    Which variant of the Nokia 515 do you have: Please, dial *#0010# and give us (just) the RM-xxx.

    Just got my 515 (after 301). After studying this forum (and others), I tried all Nokia Suite versions. The 3.5.34 version succeed to sync my phone with Outlook. 301 was working with PC Suite 7.1.180, but 515 was able only to load the back-up of 301, sync was not supported. 

    PS. Forgot to say that Nokia Suite 3.7.22 was not working. Thank you all for "loosing" time here.

    Hello everybody.

    Last week I bought a Nokia 208.

    Today I've tried to connect it to the PC, like I did with the old 5310..but surprise surprise..it didn't work.

    The first time I've tried, it was with the latest Nokia PC Suite. I've searched and found this forum telling that the new Phones cannot connect to the PC Suite.

    I've followed the instructions of @Abi99...uninstalled the latest Nokia PC Suite and installed Nokia Suite 3.5.34 and the latest Nokia Connectivity Driver. After installation I've tried to connect the 208, but it didn't work, neither with "Modem" or "Sync" modes.

    I read a little more, and tried the solution of @MabelVanA. So, I uninstalled Nokia Suite 3.5.34 and installed Nokia Suite 3.4.49. Connected the phone, selected "Modem" and IT WORKED. Now I can send SMS's like I did with the 5310 :squint:

    It's a shame Nokia is stopping giving support to the new T9 phones, because they are nice little phones..

    Hope my post can help anyone and hope everybody can find a solution for their problem.
