Error 0xc0000005 When ever I try to do anything

Alright when ever I try to open any type of internet browser or an .iso it always gives me that error also when i try to press on different option on the windows firewall it does not do anything. Oh and when i try to run a antivirus it shows the same error.

"(Name of .exe - Application Error)"

This start automatically on start up and i have to press ok like 3-5 times also there's the Cumulative Security Update for Internet Explore 10 for Windows 7 Service Pack 1 for x64-based Systems (KB28627772) When ever i try to update it it always fail no matter what and i cant download the service pack 2 because of pack 1.

Please help me to fix this

This works for me too, now i didn't try to reinstall the remaining updates, hoping to hear something about by microsoft. by now "windows update" is shoot down!!! ;)

Dude i cant open anything to remove the installed update what should i do except for re-installing windows please help
