Error 0xc0000005 When ever I try to do anything

Alright when ever I try to open any type of internet browser or an .iso it always gives me that error also when i try to press on different option on the windows firewall it does not do anything. Oh and when i try to run a antivirus it shows the same error.

"(Name of .exe - Application Error)"

The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000005). Click OK to close the application.

This start automatically on start up and i have to press ok like 3-5 times also there's the Cumulative Security Update for Internet Explore 10 for Windows 7 Service Pack 1 for x64-based Systems (KB28627772)  When ever i try to update it it always fail no matter what and i cant download the service pack 2 because of pack 1.

Please help me to fix this

    my computer is not leting me play on games and it keep saying [0x0000005] and i don't no what to do but read some comments about windows update but i dont no what update and when the update came on

    Since I Renewed my Microsoft Office 365  I keep getting the ERROR MESSAGE...

    "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000000e5). Click OK to close the application"

    I have to click several times to get rid of it and then, of course,  certain Applications just wont Open including ' Publisher ' and ' Picture Gallery' and ' Photo Editing' and 'Word'. !!!    And System Restore doesn't work either ! 

    It is extremely annoying.  Have to Shut Down and Start again and it may work !  Please help me sort this out!
