Error 0xc0000005 When ever I try to do anything

Alright when ever I try to open any type of internet browser or an .iso it always gives me that error also when i try to press on different option on the windows firewall it does not do anything. Oh and when i try to run a antivirus it shows the same error.

The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000005). Click OK to close the application.
This start automatically on start up and i have to press ok like 3-5 times also there's the Cumulative Security Update for Internet Explore 10 for Windows 7 Service Pack 1 for x64-based Systems (KB28627772) When ever i try to update it it always fail no matter what and i cant download the service pack 2 because of pack 1.
Please help me to fix this

You found and deleted the above files? which part didn't work?

2013-11-11T16:51:14+00:00 I tried the fix you mentioned, and I have deleted the three files but I can't proceed any further because there is no Boot directory in the drive where I have installed the Windows. There is a boot directory in Windows folder and there are 3 folders inside that directory but no files. The folders are DVD, EFI and PCAT. What do you suggest I do next?
PS, it all started when I tried to install IE11 on my Windows 7 x64 which just got released. I guess I should have waited!

2013-11-11T22:38:00+00:00 Ah, it's fixed now. I was doing it the wrong way, from Command Prompt in Windows. I restarted the Windows, went to recovery menu, went to the prompt there and entered the commands you mentioned. Worked like a charm, thank you so much! You have no idea how important it was for me to have it fixed this very night! :)
Also, I am little pissed off too. All I did was to install the IE11, downloaded from Microsoft's own website. Had no idea it could happen to me!
