Alright when ever I try to open any type of internet browser or an .iso it always gives me that error also when i try to press on different option on the windows firewall it does not do anything. Oh and when i try to run a antivirus it shows the same error.

This start automatically on start up and i have to press ok like 3-5 times also there's the Cumulative Security Update for Internet Explore 10 for Windows 7 Service Pack 1 for x64-based Systems (KB28627772) When ever i try to update it it always fail no matter what and i cant download the service pack 2 because of pack 1.
Please help me to fix this

You are in a repair command (boot from install disk or repair disk), not Windows CMD?
okay but i also cant find files like xOsload.exe, xNtKrnl.exe, oem-drv64.sys in the path c:\windows\system32\ directory wat does this mean? may be do i have another path rather than that? if yes what possibly might be?
