Error 0xc0000005 When ever I try to do anything

Alright when ever I try to open any type of internet browser or an .iso it always gives me that error also when i try to press on different option on the windows firewall it does not do anything. Oh and when i try to run a antivirus it shows the same error.

"(Name of .exe - Application Error)"

The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000005). Click OK to close the application.

This start automatically on start up and i have to press ok like 3-5 times also there's the Cumulative Security Update for Internet Explore 10 for Windows 7 Service Pack 1 for x64-based Systems (KB28627772)  When ever i try to update it it always fail no matter what and i cant download the service pack 2 because of pack 1.

Please help me to fix this

    It appears it's a combination of more than one update that causes this error.

    Thanks for your original post SteveO - it set me on the right path to get this all sorted.

    AND @Auwris AND @makange

    All try downloading and running rkill.exe, it will check to see if your winload.exe has been altered.

    So after recent updates, I got this error again. Does anyone know which update is causing the problem now? Last time it was kb:2872339, and before that the one with ''37'' ending.

    TL;DR: For anyone still having trouble, try removing KB2872339 as suggested here, by pressing Win+R, enter command "wusa.exe /uninstall /kb:2872339"

    Just a quick addendum - I appreciated your recommended fix SteveO, but noticed that my Windows Boot Loader was NOT xOsLoad.exe - my bootloader is \Windows\system32\winload.exe

    My problem started on 10/10/2013 - and after trying both your method (which didn't work, as xOsload.exe doesn't exist for me), and trying to remove the problematic KB2859537 everyone referred to, the end solution for me was to remove KB2872339 as suggested here, by pressing Win+R, enter command "wusa.exe /uninstall /kb:2872339"

    It appears it's a combination of more than one update that causes this error.

    okay but i also cant find files like xOsload.exe,  xNtKrnl.exe, oem-drv64.sys in the path c:\windows\system32\ directory  wat does this mean?  may be do i have another path rather than that? if yes what possibly might be?    

    1. In Windows click the menu button and then type CMD in the search box.
    2. When you see CMD appear right click on it an select Run as Administrator.

    3. Type BCDEdit and enter

    1. If your Windows Boot Loader Path is xOsload.exe then you need to remove some files and repair your BCD (see above).
