I get blue screen with the error the error code when windows is trying to initialise, it doesn't even load fully ... how do I resolve it?
KB2882822 is also bad and caused the same problem as the other two updates mentioned.
running the command above to uninstall this update solved my problem.
Where to download and what ' rkill.exe' is? And what to do with it? I tried looking on this thread but did not find any explanation regarding that ;/
- Why the fix says 'at your own risk'. Could something bad happen with doing that stuff in the instructions?
- I don't have Windows 7 key with me. My Windows were installed by computer technician a few years ago, so I never knew the key.
- How to 'Boot to Windows Repair - Command'?
To create a system repair disc
, clicking
Control Panel, clicking System and Security, and then clicking
Backup and Restore.
If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation,
type the password or provide confirmation.Where to download and what ' rkill.exe' is? And what to do with it? I tried looking on this thread but did not find any explanation regarding that ;/
Also is there a temporary solution like before (deleting the problems causing update)? Because I really need my computer back to work, this laptop I am using is not suitable for my work....
EDIT
Okay I checked BCD and the load path is xOsload.exe. So I understand that I need to delete some files. But few things makes me worry:
EDIT #2
Found which update was causing the problem. It was KB2882822. I deleted it and hidden. It fixed the problem. I know that's only temporary solution, but I have no other choice, because of the no Windows 7 key problem.
