Error 0xc0000005 When ever I try to do anything

Alright when ever I try to open any type of internet browser or an .iso it always gives me that error also when i try to press on different option on the windows firewall it does not do anything. Oh and when i try to run a antivirus it shows the same error.
"(Name of .exe - Application Error)"
The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000005). Click OK to close the application.
This start automatically on start up and i have to press ok like 3-5 times also there's the Cumulative Security Update for Internet Explore 10 for Windows 7 Service Pack 1 for x64-based Systems (KB28627772) When ever i try to update it it always fail no matter what and i cant download the service pack 2 because of pack 1.
Please help me to fix this

2013-10-22T13:19:28+00:00 KB2882822 is also bad and caused the same problem as the other two updates mentioned.
running the command above to uninstall this update solved my problem.
This is the one that worked for me. Thanks a lot!!!!
Unless you fix this properly (see above) or turn off updates (leaves your system vulnerable to attacks) you will keep getting this error.
