Alright when ever I try to open any type of internet browser or an .iso it always gives me that error also when i try to press on different option on the windows firewall it does not do anything. Oh and when i try to run a antivirus it shows the same error.

This start automatically on start up and i have to press ok like 3-5 times also there's the Cumulative Security Update for Internet Explore 10 for Windows 7 Service Pack 1 for x64-based Systems (KB28627772) When ever i try to update it it always fail no matter what and i cant download the service pack 2 because of pack 1.
Please help me to fix this

I tried the fix you mentioned, and I have deleted the three files but I can't proceed any further because there is no Boot directory in the drive where I have installed the Windows. There is a boot directory in Windows folder and there are 3 folders inside that directory but no files. The folders are DVD, EFI and PCAT. What do you suggest I do next?
PS, it all started when I tried to install IE11 on my Windows 7 x64 which just got released. I guess I should have waited!
