Nokia Lumia 920 touch screen not working

Hey, I have a problem with the touchscreen on my 920 I cant do anything with the touchscreen. The sidebuttons work perfectly. I have made several hardresets(Holding down all side buttons). Nothing is working. The store i bought it from said it should be send in for repair. But im wondering if there is any fix that you now off?

When you attempted these resets can you explain what you did as holding down all buttons aint one of them.

For starter the store you bought it from should replace the handset if its withing the timeframe.

SOFT RESET

Press and hold the power- and volume-down buttons pressed simultaneously for ten seconds. The phone should then vibrate and reboot.

HARD RESET

Press and hold the power-, volume-down- and camera buttons until the phone vibrates. Then release the power-button and keep the other two buttons pressed for another five seconds.

    I have the same problem. Can you find some solution to this? I got a Lumia 928  and after make the harde reset I'm still stucked with the annoying "select language"-screen!

    When I restart my phone it's touch doesn't work.But after a day it works when I restart it again..but many sowftware doesn't work such as camera,rotetion,brightness and so on...what can I do?

    Hi!

    I also have the problem with a frozen screen.  side buttons work fine. Usually, this thing happens every time i have testarted the phone for the last half year but by doing a soft reset (vol down+power) or a hard reset (vol down+power+cam) when the battery was fylly charged allways worked!

    However, I forgot to charge and now, the screen is frozen. Tried at least 30 soft and hard resets, made a backup and made the total reset (vol down+power, vol down, vol up, vol down, power, vol down) and eletad all my data for at least 3 times and got me stucked at the "select language"-screen. I have also tried the Lumia software recaovery tool two times and nothing seems to happen. Something installs, but nothing. Repeated some more soft and hard resets, and tried to remove sim card.

    And I'm still stucked with the annoying "select language"-screen!

    Is there anything more I can do?
