Samsung apps are missing in samsung ativ smart PC Pro

Recently I bought samsung ativ smart PC pro from Dubai. For some reason I got blue screen & I had to reset the windows. After restoring windows 8, some of the preinstalled samsung apps are missing from windows store & PC.

I tried below actions, still no solution.

  1. Reinstalled windows 3 times, samsung update also done 3 times
  2. PC given for service, they reinstalled it for 4th time & said its ok. (no improvement)
  3. Contacted S agent online, he remotely tried to check the PC. He said reinstall windows!!!! otherwise contact windows support.

Now I dont know, what windows support is going to direct me to some other company XYZ?

Could some one take the responsibility & resolve the issue, instead of throwing the ball here & there.

    I am having the exact same problem. I was a able to get S Mini Note but want the Windows 8 app.

    Same problem. Dell or any American pc is better.

    Same problem with me. I decided to use windows recovery because the operating system was crashing a lot. Now the crashes lowered, but i can't use any samsung app, including sw update
