Samsung apps are missing in samsung ativ smart PC Pro

Recently I bought samsung ativ smart PC pro from Dubai. For some reason I got blue screen & I had to reset the windows. After restoring windows 8, some of the preinstalled samsung apps are missing from windows store & PC.

 

I tried below actions, still no solution.

 

1. Reinstalled windows 3 times, samsung update also done 3 times
2. PC given for service, they reinstalled it for 4th time & said its ok. (no improvement)
3. Contacted S agent online, he remotely tried to check the PC. He said reinstall windows!!!! otherwise contact windows support.

 

Now I dont know, what windows support is going to direct me to some other company XYZ?

 

Could some one take the responsibility & resolve the issue, instead of throwing the ball here & there.

This is truly a nasty issue.

I have tried everything. There is obviously some information about the Samsung apps available in the PC after a fresh install. The tokens for them are there but a search of the MS url to download them is unavailable.

Samsung told me that I needed them to collect it.... why they can't be available from SW update is anyone's guess.

you can sideload s-note through the details in this post and using powershell, but the other Samsung apps and even being able to access Samsung picks would be nice.

People are pissed and you aren't alone.

I just bought a XE700T1C-A02US as well from a MS store and it also won't let me load s note or other Samsung software. It is standard Windows 8, not PRO. For 24 hrs it has been "installing" without success.  I also can't get the NFC to work with my Note II.  Can't find any help on help site nor Samsung site.  Very disappointing.   

Were you ever able to resolve this?

I download s note source from microsoft market . (239 MB)

This version seems to be for 32-bit Windows only. Where could I download the 64-bit version?

I tried sideloading S Note from the zip files too, but it won't start. It checks if the machine is eligible to run it before starting. I'm guessing it uses the windows activation key to check if the machine is made by Samsung.

Anyone tried changing  the store channel partner id? I'm guessing it won't help if store checks the windows activation key(which in the case of a clean install is from the tpm chip I guess) to see who made the computer.

Mine installed but said to go to store to read more about S note. The app installed and had an x on the icon which indicates it is not really working. If corporate hadnt blocked store , i could at least try a restore :(
