Samsung apps are missing in samsung ativ smart PC Pro

Recently I bought samsung ativ smart PC pro from Dubai. For some reason I got blue screen & I had to reset the windows. After restoring windows 8, some of the preinstalled samsung apps are missing from windows store & PC.

I tried below actions, still no solution.

  1. Reinstalled windows 3 times, samsung update also done 3 times
  2. PC given for service, they reinstalled it for 4th time & said its ok. (no improvement)
  3. Contacted S agent online, he remotely tried to check the PC. He said reinstall windows!!!! otherwise contact windows support.

Now I dont know, what windows support is going to direct me to some other company XYZ?

Could some one take the responsibility & resolve the issue, instead of throwing the ball here & there.

      I managed to download them both but no idea how to install or use it. Its not like you can click on exe file or anything :(

    extract file on desktop.

    go to metro search ----> search "Windows PowerShell"

    open "windows powershell"

    insert "add-appxpackage " command and drag & drop "S Note.zip" on windows powershell

    I also installed the Software on my Surface Pro as described above. Like others it installs, but I can't start the Software. It wants me to see ist entry in the Windows Store for further Information. But when opening the store I get an error message.

     

    I will also try to install it on a 32bit-system an will Report the results here.

     

    Has anyone successfully installed it on a non-Samsung 64-bit-system?

    Hi, I tried installing it on a Vaio Duo 13, a 64bit windows 8 machine with an N-Trig stylus. It installed, but I got exactly the same results as above.

    The HP Revolve is a lovely laptop but the executive pen just doesn't work. If you are happy not having a proper pen then you'll love it - if you want a really good pen you won't.
