Recently I bought samsung ativ smart PC pro from Dubai. For some reason I got blue screen & I had to reset the windows. After restoring windows 8, some of the preinstalled samsung apps are missing from windows store & PC. I tried below actions, still no solution. Reinstalled windows 3 times, samsung update also done 3 times PC given for service, they reinstalled it for 4th time & said its ok. (no improvement) Contacted S agent online, he remotely tried to check the PC. He said reinstall windows!!!! otherwise contact windows support. Now I dont know, what windows support is going to direct me to some other company XYZ? Could some one take the responsibility & resolve the issue, instead of throwing the ball here & there. The HP Revolve is a lovely laptop but the executive pen just doesn't work. If you are happy not having a proper pen then you'll love it - if you want a really good pen you won't.

Hi I can upload again the Snote installer but its no use. It is not running because there is no Samsung Picks Store.

I tried below actions, still no solution.
