Recently I bought samsung ativ smart PC pro from Dubai. For some reason I got blue screen & I had to reset the windows. After restoring windows 8, some of the preinstalled samsung apps are missing from windows store & PC. I tried below actions, still no solution. Reinstalled windows 3 times, samsung update also done 3 times PC given for service, they reinstalled it for 4th time & said its ok. (no improvement) Contacted S agent online, he remotely tried to check the PC. He said reinstall windows!!!! otherwise contact windows support. Now I dont know, what windows support is going to direct me to some other company XYZ? Could some one take the responsibility & resolve the issue, instead of throwing the ball here & there. Hi Please did you know where can I find the Scamera Apps I change mi SSD for a bigger and then do a fresh install but now I lost all the samsung software I reinstall the Snote thanks to you but still looking for the scamera I cant find any where I have the old backup where it is installed but running Windows 8.1 pro too and I suspect it can have virus, that is why I dont use it to resinstall the system. I found the folder with the cyberlink-Scamera but it dont have any .exe inside so it dont install using the same way snote do. Any help please?

Maybe you should try to upgrade it to windows 8.1 via windows store, it works for me
