I can't long into my Lenovo G570 it needs recovery key and the sign I got was - to retrieve this key , go to http://windows.microsoft.com/recoverykeyfaq from another PC or mobile device .in case you need it the key ID is <removed>

ive got an acer laptop my virus thing ran out so my son was putting a new one on the laptop it froze he turned it of turned it back on and the windows is locked cant use my lap. top not on the lap top I cant use it my mobile is 0449876130.

2016-02-17T15:55:43+00:00 I can't log into my Asus tablet, it needs recovery key and when I go to the recovery key site there is no place to enter the key ID I was given. All I get our people with the same problems but no answer as what to do next.
