I can't long into my Lenovo G570 it needs recovery key and the sign I got was - to retrieve this key , go to http://windows.microsoft.com/recoverykeyfaq  from another PC or mobile device .in case you need it the key ID is <removed>

    I need the recovery key in order to repair windows 10 from usb flash mode, the device is already connected into my account, but no recovery key was saved there, I have the key ID, and will be sent if upon request,

    The turn on section on this device stop working and the section cannot reach with finger but something like sharp object to turn it on while this cannot even turn on anymore. Please send me an address located in United state of America to send it for a perfect repair on this device. ID 7C17D68A 

    What I want is an address of where to send it and repair this device.
