my surface has taken on updates, and now will not restart. It is asking for a recovery key from www.windows.microsoft.com/recovery key but the web page is not available. How do I get it.

I can't long into my Lenovo G570 it needs recovery key and the sign I got was - to retrieve this key , go to http://windows.microsoft.com/recoverykeyfaq from another PC or mobile device .in case you need it the key ID is <removed>
