I can't long into my Lenovo G570 it needs recovery key and the sign I got was - to retrieve this key , go to http://windows.microsoft.com/recoverykeyfaq  from another PC or mobile device .in case you need it the key ID is <removed>

    I have same problem after uggrade windows 10  HP PAVILION X2 tablet and there is Bitlocker on it, and its asking for a recovery key. To retrieve this key, I should go to http://windows.microsoft.com/recoverykeyfaq from another PC or mobile device. In case I need it, the key ID is EECA05AA. Suport Microsoft Brazil is "Terrivel" !!!!!!

    I can't log into my Asus tablet, it needs recovery key and when I go to the recovery key site there is no place to enter the key ID I was given.  All I get our people with the same problems but no answer as what to do next.
