I can't long into my Lenovo G570 it needs recovery key and the sign I got was - to retrieve this key , go to http://windows.microsoft.com/recoverykeyfaq  from another PC or mobile device .in case you need it the key ID is <removed>

    One of my surface 3 is acting up. I tried to reset, it needs a key. "To retrieve this key, go to http://windows.microsoft.com/keyfaq from another PC or mobile device. In case you need it, the key ID is 2B25BD2C"  I get to the site through my Surface 3 Pro, there is no further direction.

    My work computer went black and when I started it up it asked for a recovery key - it said to go to this website and put in my recovery key ID 0B404FC3

    What do I do now??
