2017-11-18T11:02:44+00:00 Hi JLmason,
Thank you for reply. My problem is I bought an HP 9" tablet from Microsoft store over 2 years ago. Due to some virus from somewhere, this tablet was reloading the bios of this tablet and supposed to take just a few minutes, it took many hours through the night time. Eventually through the help from my in law, it showed this page asking me to come to this site from my computer and type in the bitlock number shown on the tablet and which I did but that did not help to heal the tablet.
I was also totally frustrated by Microsoft password records to verify my input when it asked for my identification through: cell phone number, email address, Microsoft account and Skype account but no one got accepted by Microsoft. This is not the first time. Last time I was trying to update my info on my Skype account, it also kept me running circles and I could not change my setting on the account nor able to talk to any technical assistant, or even chatting with one. I think the service from Microsoft stinks very much, sorry to say so. (I recorded my passwords on a special page and updated it as I need to and so my passwords were supposed to be correct and updated but of no avail. If Microsoft is so poor that they could not afford an effective technical assistant team to help customers, then I suggest that they should relinguish the business and do something else better.
Sorry for the rant, but coming back to my original problem, how can it be solved and my tablet restored to health?
Thanks much.

2017-11-18T03:08:56+00:00 What is my bitlocker key:
CE07BD63?
I am not sure why this bitcoin situation came up
but I was concerned about a breach of my system I monitor with Malwarebytes & Windows defender. I was suspecious??
I have experenced virus on computers before and decided to go back to ground zero.
Restored to default & ran my backup.
So in a way I solved my situation. Not fun but
it happens.
Thanks
