I can't long into my Lenovo G570 it needs recovery key and the sign I got was - to retrieve this key , go to http://windows.microsoft.com/recoverykeyfaq  from another PC or mobile device .in case you need it the key ID is <removed>

    I want to resolve the bitlocker issue on MY computer, not the one I am currently using to communicate with you..my computer notice indicates I must using a different computer to access this website to get a bitlocker recovery key to enter on my computer
