I can't long into my Lenovo G570 it needs recovery key and the sign I got was - to retrieve this key , go to http://windows.microsoft.com/recoverykeyfaq  from another PC or mobile device .in case you need it the key ID is <removed>

    LENOBO PC　にて、「BitLocker」の回復キーの入力を求められ、何を入力すれば良いか分かりません。

    http://windows.microsoft.com/recoverykeyfaq から、下記返信がありました。

    Microsoft アカウント <br>mi*****@yahoo.co.jp 用に以下のセキュリティ コードを使用してください。
    セキュリティ コード: 6519014

    しかしながら、上記コードの入力で下４桁の入力が不正となります。

    入力すると「65190-4」となります。

    bonjour 

    j ai un problème avec mon ordi tablette qui s'est bloqué avec le bitlocker je rentre la clé que vous m'avez donner via mon compte Microsoft et cela ne débloque pas mon ordi pourquoi
