New software update for Nokia 110, Nokia 111 and Nokia 113/114: v. 3.47

Hey folks,

Nokia has started rolling out a new update for Nokia 110 (RM-827), Nokia 111 (RM-810 & RM-811) and Nokia 113/114 (RM-871): v. 3.47. The update should be already available for most countries/regions via FOTA. These phone models do not support SW updates via Nokia Suite. 

Key changes compared to previous 3.33/3.42 SW versions:

  • Phone software stability improvements.
  • Improvements for Bluetooth headset audio quality.
  • Video streaming support and Youtube icon added.
  • Updated version of News & Offers application.

    In the Recovery Tool, what is your 7-letter code (Product Code)? No computer or no USB: The same code is printed on your phone. That code determines your firmware variant which determines your current version. We can check together whether you have the latest version, only with that code.

    Nokia 11x-Series are among those few phone models, which do not have USB-connector, so Nokia Software Recovery tool would not help here.

    The MP3 ID3 tag issue was fixed in the 3.51 SW version, but there can differences in update availability depending on country/operator/region. If you are not able to find this SW version via Over-The-Air update, then it's not unfortunately published for your phone.

    I have nokia 114 with V 03.33 and I cannot update there is an error that no new software is available when I'll receive v03.47 and my code is 059Q9H7.

    Firmware version 03.51 is available for firmware variant 059Q9H7. However, the server for firmware-over-the-air (FOTA) got disabled some months ago. On the Internet, you find guides how to create a USB cable for a Nokia 114, just follow the procedures for a Nokia 206. Then, you might be able to use the Recovery Tool via a Windows computer. If that does not work, you have to go for the Care Suite…
