Download this https://mega.nz/#!sspHkAbI!MdS9vOjRrc2dhV6rOjU-Ksj5bIUv\_9rsya\_Jw52uPN0 and put that 2 files in  C:\Windows\System   not in C:\Windows\System32   and it works 100%. That software you want to run want  MSVCR100.dll (x86) not (x64).

PERFECT! Every other method has never worked. I went into this thinking ya right. Its not going to work. Thank you! It certainly did work!

When migrating from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10, I experienced the same problem.

This worked for me: Copy files msvcp100.dll and msvcr100.dll from C:\Windows.old\WINDOWS\SysWOW64 to C:\Windows\SysWOW64.

    Good luck!

You're the one! I tried everything and nothing worked so far. Thank you very much, you made my day :)

I have not yet been able to try any of the solutions proposed, but the issue has gone away. Maybe a Microsoft or other program update resolved it.

Thanks for the helpful response. Mine has also mysteriously gone away also. I guess like the old saying goes, "Less is sometimes more".
