MSVCP100.dll Missing.

Hi, I am getting an error message on startup that says 'The program can't start because MSVCP100.dll is missing from your computer.Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.' Can anyone please help me and throw some light on the above-mentioned problem ?

    Yo tengo el mismo problema pero, ami se me ha producido después de actualizar windows 8,1 a w 10.

    ¿sirve la misma solución que para w7?

    I'm starting to regret on downloading  windows 10. I was completely fine with windows 8. Now when I want to start up one of my games. its saying im missing msvcp100dll. Im so confused on how to resloved this problem. but trust me if there was a way to get windows 8 back I would remove windows 10 in a heart beat.
