MSVCP100.dll Missing.

Hi, I am getting an error message on startup that says 'The program can't start because MSVCP100.dll is missing from your computer.Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.' Can anyone please help me and throw some light on the above-mentioned problem ?

    Windows 10

    Which version of Microsoft Visual C++ is installed on the computer?

    Unknown (How can I find out?)

    Have you made any changes on the computer prior to the issue?

    Yes, I just upgraded to Windows 10
