I just upgraded my PC (2 days ago) and my Laptop (this morning), to the new Windows 10 Creator. All went well on the PC, but when the Laptop restarted after the update, I got the MSVCP100.dll Missing error.
I first saw that error a couple years ago, tried all the complicated fixed and finally found that installing the latest update for iTunes fixed it. Then a few months later, after some update, I got it again and found that installing the latest update for Acrobat Reader fixed it.
So today, there were no updates for either program, so I fired up Acrobat Reader DC and tried the Repair Installation function under the Help tab.
To my surprise, it fixed the problem, no more missing dll.
Sharing as it might work for someone else. At least it is easy to try.
