MSVCP100.dll Missing.

Hi, I am getting an error message on startup that says 'The program can't start because MSVCP100.dll is missing from your computer.Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.' Can anyone please help me and throw some light on the above-mentioned problem ?

Just install Microsoft's Visual Studio. I installed Visual Studio Community 2015, and it solved the problem.

Insider Preview Build 11082.

Error on more than one program. Apple related iCloud etc. programs and Windows Live Mail (v2012 with Patch Dec 2015).
