the MTP USB Device driver doesn't install. I cannot connect external devices such as the Samsung Galaxy. I tried multiple uninstall and re-install, no solution

1.    What is the make and model of your computer?

The model is rather irrelevant. This happens on several units in the company (about 7), the rest is no problem. All are under W7 x64. In general, I noticed some time after installing ESET antivirus. I thought it was the cause, but after the uninstallation, the problem is still there. Besides, as I wrote on the parts of ESET computers is and everything works. I would have a hardware conflict, some update in Windows 7, but no one can pinpoint me. The roll back is too late. I ran the various drivers, everything, nothing helped.

2.  How did you install the devices?

how do i install smartphones and flash memory ... ??? automatically right? I connect under the USB install a driver and after a short time I have access to the resources of the Android phone.

I tried also with Samsung Kies drivers for phones of this brand but also MTP error number 19. As I have previously written the problem occurs on several computers with the same OS and antivirus ... the only question why?

Reinstallation USB devices and BUS doesn't work.

MTP is the abbreviation of the Media Transfer Protocol. Support for smartphones to communicate with your computer. If the MTP driver fails to install or any other issue encountered on the media transfer protocol driver, you can not transfer files from smartphone devices or media files.

For windows 10 you can simply follow this **tutorial** for fix the MTP driver issue.

Try to connect your Android to the back USB port.

i tried many of the ways suggested in many forums, nothing worked. actually when i forst connected te Galaxy it worked for a few days, then it stopped. My company ha installed on my PC System Center 2012 Endpoint Protection; however it was there even when i was able to connect.  i tird also the ipad and i get the same error.

the solution offered to my previous request on the same issue by Rob Thomas596 strictly refers to Apple products and i can't use it for the Galaxy

i spent countless hours trying to figure out the problem so i downloaded the app sidesync on my phone and pc (it does everything i needed) http://www.samsung.com/global/download/Sidesyncwin/

still not satisfied with the fact that i couldn't use an usb cable to connect my phone to my pc, i decided to go chat with a tech at samsung.com and he told me in about 5 seconds how to fix the problem of my S5 not beeing reconized by my win10 

1-unplug the usb cable from your phone

2-on the phone dial pad type *#0808# 

it will open the USB Settings 

3-select :AP and MTP+ADB

4- Press Reboot

5- Once your phone is rebooted plug back in the usb cable in to your pc and this time it should install the proper drivers
