I understand that you want to remove uninstalled apps history in the "Your Apps" option from "Windows store". Correct me if I am wrong.
It is by design and it is not possible to remove the app history. It is used for your reference, the apps that you have uninstalled, so that you can install them in the future, if you require it.

why is there app history? why can't we have that control if we still want them?
Anyone using a Windows 10 preview know if this has been corrected yet?
Nope. And the final version will be out in 5 days. They probably won't fix it. I've stopped using most windows store apps anyway.
