How can I remove my uninstalled apps history from "Your Apps" in Windows Store ?

Zune failed because it was sold only in the USA, the iPod was not the best MP3 play in the UK there where loads out there but because like other company's look at USA and slowly iPOD wins by playing the long game!

This is a feature we are asking for and if we keep this topic on top Microsoft might look and listen!

I am totally on board about how this is not acceptable. "By Design" is an engineers way of saying "Yeah. I know. I don't care. I want to do something else. Live with it."

From a user perspective, the amount of 'ca*p-ware' in the store is typical. You try something out, find out it is in a bad state, totally not what you want, etc. You uninstall it. Now you have a giant list of 'cr*p' you don't ever want to see again.

I don't care if it is in some history somewhere. It should not be in my main list. I should be able to remove it from the 'My applications' screen if I don't like it.

So one answer is create a brand new Microsoft user account, and use that to log into your device / computer instead so you don't have to see the other users apps history? Well. That is a swell idea. I'll just create a dozen random accounts on live.com as I try out applications. If I don't like an application, then I'll just create a brand new account! Microsoft's user account numbers will look spectacular!. 80 billion users!

Sadly, this thread is two years old. And nothing has changed. 

And this is why I don't enjoy the  (quote) Windows Store (quote). It has very little of value that you can actually find. Yes, there is occasionally the good application. (No. It is not Facebook.) You have to look at "cr*p" you very specifically don't like in your "My Apps" screen.

And this is why:

1. I avoid it like the plague.
2. I will never put a credit card inside the store.
3. I won't find a way to "buy" an "App" from Microsoft.

This is also why the RT platform is failing. You can't get apps any other way. So you get a poor experience all around. Unless you just surf the web on it.  You know. Where you don't have to give Microsoft any money at all.

So basically, the the iPad, done wrong.

You know what would really make this swell? Let's rebrand the whole thing back to "Zune". Then you will fell all warm and fuzzy at your Zune Store My Apps History list. It will all make sense then.

We shouldn't have to wait for the next major OS release for such a basic function to be implemented in the store. All the current functionality results in is people not wanting to try out app as they think ugh, if this is rubiish its gonna be stuck in my account forever even if I uninstall it If Ms wants people to try out apps and discover new content, this needs to change.

Hopefully with the new windows 9 that they give us the option to remove these unwanted apps from our windows store my apps history because it would be very helpful for all.
