Windows Store Shows My Installed AND Uninstalled Apps in the Option [ YOUR APPS ].

I want to remove my Uninstalled Apps From this Option.

Please Help me.

Hi Idharam,

Thank you for posting your question in Microsoft Community.

I understand that you want to remove uninstalled apps history in the "Your Apps" option  from "Windows store". Correct me if I am wrong.

It is by design and it is not possible to remove the app history. It is used for your reference, the apps that you have uninstalled, so that you can install them in the future, if you require it.

    I agree with you I am so annoyed I cannot remove the history.  I don't want to install again that why I deleted them.....

    I suppose like you said it will stop us looking for a solution but a thorn in the side it is......

    Setup this up quickly Petition about allowing users to remove apps from the "My Apps" Store, can change any thing on it if require but if you sign it might get Microsoft to listen...

    I too have this problem

    on my first experience with the app store I just about tried everything that interested me.

    but quickly found a lot where not up to what they claimed to be such as Dvd players and Bluray players none of which actually do?

    Frankly the store is very sloppy and has no control over what is available.

    so in the end I found the apps I use and in most cases paid for.

    Now I have a short memory coupled with the ability to screw my pc up from time to time so I end up reinstalling my apps, I have no way of knowing which apps are the rouge ones or which ones I actually paid for which is again a very sloppy experience.

    after all you would not want your Granny to keep a business card from a firm that ripped her off in the past.

    I think they should at least be a way of tagging the apps accordingly.  not just being told by MS to leave this compliant via the rating which can only be done by leaving a star ???

    and before the robot says its by "design" if I where MS I would hesitate on admitting that

    The only solution is to to get the word out and boycott The Microsoft Store until the issue is resolved. The only thing that will make them listen is to dry up revenue.  I personally haven't downloaded any thing from the store in months since I realized I couldn't delete it from my apps list.
